An Act Respecting the Union of Certain Churches Therein Named [SBC ] CHAPTER Assented to Decem and a book or books of minutes showing correctly all minutes of their meetings and of resolutions passed and proceedings taken thereat, and such book or books shall at all reasonable times be open for inspection by the minister.
